I bought a Simonize power washer in July 2015.I used it 2 or 3 times.

Stored it inside for the winter. Tried to use it Aug. 3, 2017 (a few days after warranty expired) and bingo! It went on and died.

We tried priming the motor as suggested in the instructions. Would not go on. Called the company to ask for help. I am out of luck as the warranty has expired (by 4-5 days).

The service rep would not budge. Went to Canadian Tire to see if there was anything they could do. They were willing to replace it if Simonize would give us a RA number. I called them today.

They refused. Repeated that the warranty was expired. I repeated that the power washer has been used 2 perhaps 3 times. The tags are still on the machine.

It is brand new! Asked to speak to a supervisor. would not budge. Bad company service.

I will never buy one of their products again.JDS - Toronto

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
